The following precautionary measures will make your phone secure and safe:

Do not handover your phone
to anybody else.
2.
Do not connect your mobile
to any free wifi in
markets or public places.
3.
Don not install unnecessary
applications/games/softwares.
4.
Do not install extra
browsers or VPN or proxy apps to access restricted websites etc.
5.
Do not use one password at
all websites and applications etc.
6.
Use different passwords for
online registrations.
7.
Do not login through
Facebook or Gmail to
other websites. Always create new profile with different
passwords.
8.
Don’t connect mobile for
charging to an unknown or suspicious
computer or laptop.
9.
Always keep Bluetooth and
wifi off at
suspicious places.
10.
Do not allow kids to
install games of their own
choice by themselves which require gmail or
facebook
logins etc.
11.
Do not open emails from
unkown and suspicious
emails.
12.
Do not download attached
files from unkown
email.
13.
Never share your
information on social media
like date of birth, address, card numbers,
account numbers etc especially all information
should be restricted to public. And be
shared
only with friends list.
14.
Do not use others memory
cards. Always use
own new and formatted memory card.
15.
Never sale your phone to
unkown person or even
known person. If necessary to sale then don’t
give memory
card and phone set be full
formatted and set it to factory settings.
16.
Do not purchase mobile from
a person who is
suspicious.
17.
Change the passwords
periodically for all your
social media and email accounts.
18.
Do not take panga with
online gangs alone.
